Reflection: This statement means it doesn't matter where you live whether it’s somewhere really nice or not as nice, what counts is how you choose to live in that environment. What this statement also is saying is that it doesn't matter where you play a game. For example, it wouldn't matter if you were playing a game of basketball at the park or at the Staples Center what matters is that you were playing fair.
